TIG Welding & Assembly
We establish rider stance, target chassis weight, donor engine parameters, and rake angles before cutting chromoly tubing.
Fuel tanks, cowls, and fairings are hand-hammered from aluminum over carved wooden bucks, documented with bi-weekly bench reports.
Frames are precision welded, analog wiring looms installed, and engines bench-tuned by ear before final road validation.
Material Standard
We do not use fiberglass, plastic covers, or bolt-on catalog parts. Every fuel tank and cowl is hand-hammered aluminum.
